They’ll then refer candidates who they think are appropriate.

Review your candidates

From this pool of referrals, Cazoot selects the absolute best matched candidates and sends you up to 20 to review.

This process can take anywhere from a week to a month, depending on how niche or senior the role is.

Schedule Interviews & Place The Candidate

We’ll help you arrange interviews with the candidates of your choice.

In our experience, most roles are filled with 5 or less interviews due to the quality of our match-making systems, so these interviews should be easy!
